DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Team Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Overseeing a team of circa 10 warehouse operatives
• Responsible for maintaining KPI's across the Production line
• Responsible for health and safety within the warehouse and production line
• Monitoring and investigating team shortages on the production line
• Regular communication with colleagues within the warehouse to update them shortages and customer priorities
• Administration and use of the warehouse management system

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Background within Warehouse or Logistics –Essential
• Experience managing a team – essential
• IT Literate, use of Microsoft excel
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Strong communicator, comfortable communicating with colleagues of all levels
