      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and support to a team of approximately 10 Technical Sales and Support Techs
      - Monitor team performance to achieve target key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Consult with techs on complex technical issues to enhance customer experience
      - Motivate and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
      - Act as an intermediary between customer engagement center leadership, techs, and other departments for effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Automotive enthusiast with technical experience
      - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Work experience in a technical call center setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to coach and provide guidance with attention to detail
      - Experience in educating and teaching on technical product attributes
      - Strong work ethic, dependability, and flexibility
