      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted technical advisor and product expert for customers throughout their Wiz journey
      - Ensure customer adoption and satisfaction by assisting with deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the Wiz platform
      - Monitor emerging cloud security threats and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
      - Manage a portfolio of up to 15 customers, identifying opportunities for expansion and securing renewals
      - Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally in cloud or cloud-security products
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least one cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
      - Proven track record of managing a book of business with multiple enterprise clients
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Cloud service provider certification (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
      - Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and common threat models
      - Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools
      - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across various platforms
      - Willingness to continuously learn emerging cloud and security technologies
