      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the central point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Maintain regular communication with external and internal teams to manage customer expectations
      - Engage with Director and VP-Level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans
      - Analyze and present impactful data and insights to leadership, while assessing customers’ technical environments
      - Provide proactive status updates and host periodic checkpoint calls with customers and internal partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of the technical industry or equivalent experience
      - At least five years of full-time experience in consultative, customer-facing support and/or related role in marketing technology
      - Exceptional focus on customer experience and proven ability to deliver value proactively
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated presentation abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks across various accounts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with marketing software and solution principles, such as Analytics, Audience Manager, and Experience Manager
      - Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
      - Knowledge of development methodologies and technologies
      - Understanding of performance tuning and optimization
      - Familiarity with API-level knowledge of third-party applications
