What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with customers.
- Produce and deliver a prescribed set of technical services to maintain operational health.
- Drive discussions with diverse stakeholders, from developers to senior leadership, regarding tasks and prioritization.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for multiple customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business and operational needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks to establish successful partnerships with internal teams and enhance customer satisfaction.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of full-time experience in consultative, customer support, or related role in marketing technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of the technical industry or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to successfully execute solutions and optimize customer investment.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to drive change and innovation within a technology-driven environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring customers' operational health.
- Strong initiative in being resourceful and hands-on to produce tangible outcomes and value.
