      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customer success with Arthrex Medical Education learning programs, including onboarding and retention
      - Act as the primary contact for customers, defining measurable success and ensuring clear communication
      - Drive adoption of digital learning programs and measure customer satisfaction and retention metrics
      - Guide customers in enhancing their digital learning programs with relevant tools and resources
      - Serve as a liaison to evaluate client requests and ensure resolution of critical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business administration or education
      - Minimum of 3 years of Technical Account experience in a medical device or technology organization
      - Understanding of Technical Account management principles and account planning
      - Exceptional communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written
      - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical certifications or professional development related to Planhat, Salesforce, or Asana
      - Experience with digital learning software, specifically Intellum
      - Previous consulting experience as a trusted advisor to drive client value
      - Familiarity with project management within large organizations
      - Skills in public speaking or similar areas
