What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive full adoption and expansion of software solutions with key customers
- Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and document their business goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to assigned clients, serving as a subject matter expert
- Manage implementation timelines and keep stakeholders informed during critical escalations
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding or services
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of Kubernetes with prior hands-on experience
- Exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, CKA, or CKAD
- Demonstrable experience with security principles such as SSH, PKI, 2FA, and SSO
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
