What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for enterprise customers’ technical inquiries and resolution
- Partner with the enterprise account team as a technical subject matter expert to upsell, cross-sell, and renew services
- Provide leadership to manage service disruptions for enterprise customers
- Maintain a detailed customer technical account profile to ensure supportability
- Advocate for customer product needs and provide insights into the product roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support capacity
- Experience with modern markup and programming languages (e.g., XML, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery)
- Log-analysis skills using tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, and browser developer tools

- Business intuition to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Expertise with executive-level reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite)
- Experience resolving challenges in a web-based environment (e.g., HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, CSS)
- Proven capacity to learn new technologies quickly and independently
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
