What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with lifecycle management, including deployment, migration, and upgrades
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge support to the customer
- Conduct and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with the customer team to assess current usage and define upcoming priorities
- Educate and advise clients on existing and new product features and functionality
- Document Statements of Work (SOW) based on review outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Field Engineering
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport, with the ability to travel between Canada and the US up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MCSE, CCNA, SQL Server, VMware, or similar technical professional certifications
- Experience with security systems such as video surveillance and access control systems
- Knowledge of networking principles and IP protocols
- Database query and management skills
- Understanding of server virtualization concepts
