What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to customers via Level 1 inbound calls, support tickets, and web chats
- Assess customers' technical needs and route inquiries according to established procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues, guiding them through corrective measures
- Maintain and improve client documentation and references
- Participate in internal meetings and required training sessions to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer support experience
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing and fixing workstation and server issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some experience with Active Directory and user/group management
- Understanding of domain environments and file/folder sharing
- Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting error messages
- A+ certification recommended but not required
