      About the role

      The role is part of Riello & Vokèra (Carrier's company) which is a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic gas boilers, light commercial gas boilers, unvented cylinders, water.

      Main role's aim is to provide support of Riello & Vokèra products through proactive and customer friendly technical assistance. Person hired on that position will provide telephone and on-line pre and post sales technical support to customers, installers and service technicians requiring guidance and assistance on our products and accessories.

      Key Responsibilities:

      As a Boiler Helpdesk Operator , you’ll be responsible for:

      • Telephone and email assistance with fault finding on Riello/Vokèra products installed in the field.
      • Parts identification and selection for spare part enquiries.
      • Handling technical enquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Riello/Vokèra products.
      • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, help sheets, reports and records on computer database.
      • Any other duties as reasonably required to assist with Riello/Vokèra technical operations

      Requirements

      As a minimum you must have:

      • ACS qualification (Gas safe)
      • Previous experience in repairing residential and commercial boilers
      • Good understanding of heat system
      • Strong communication skills and customer focus
      • Computer skills (including MS Office).
