      Job Summary

      Responsible for handling projects through entire project lifecycle (inception, design, development, integration and test, trial, and deployment) within our Workplace IT Experience organization, responsible for the IT infrastructure across the enterprise, including Office 365, Messaging, Teamwork, Conferencing, Voice & Video, and Support. This Project Management role will primarily focus on working with our Integration Management Office (IMO) to facilitate the IT integration of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Initiate, facilitate, and supervise specific inter/intra-departmental project progress and performance to assure quality and on time delivery. Monitor risks during various stages of the project and call out issues to the appropriate level of management.

      Job Description

      Core Responsibilities

      • This position would be responsible for leading projects within the Workplace IT Experience Organization, passionate about Office 365, Active Directory, Information Security, and IT User Experience for the enterprise.
      • This position will primarily focus on running projects with our Integration Management Office (IMO), supporting the integration of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
      • Past experience managing Enterprise IT projects and supporting M&A is helpful.
      • Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
      • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
      • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports.
      • Develops, maintains and runs detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects. Provides overall prioritization and director of work assignments, team resources etc. Monitor and crafts project deliverables.
      • Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project.
      • Leads all assigned projects to completion ensuring timely delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership.
      • Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with collaborators.
      • Facilitates project meetings.
      • Addresses problems through risk management and prioritization and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Ensures effective process of solutions/changes.
      • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
