      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Discover and hire exceptional technical talent across various domains, including Product Design, Product Management, IT, Security, QA, and Data
      - Coach first-time hiring managers on building an exceptional recruitment process
      - Conduct deep market mapping and analysis to identify top talent sources
      - Collaborate directly with senior leadership to extract key hiring information efficiently
      - Manage multiple searches simultaneously while also diving deep into specific roles as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record as an expert “Engineering” Recruiter in a product-led company
      - Significant experience in technical hiring within a SaaS company
      - Experience handling hiring for staff+ technical roles, particularly senior+ engineering talent
      - Autonomy in leading searches end-to-end with established credibility among technical leadership
      - A data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize workflows for diversity, quality, and volume

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies that enhance talent pipelines
      - Familiarity with the dynamics of the recruiting and startup landscape
      - Strong written communication skills for effective long-form documentation
      - A background in high-growth environments where scaling hiring was a primary focus
      - A passion for using data to tell compelling stories about hiring processes
