What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Account Executive in revenue growth and customer development programs
- Serve as the primary customer interface, facilitating relationships between clients and internal teams
- Lead technical discussions and deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with account management and marketing teams to execute strategic sales plans
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical support
- At least 7 years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of metal machining and fabrication technologies for medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
