      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned technical and product roles
      - Maintain a tidy pipeline of candidates using Greenhouse software
      - Collaborate weekly with hiring managers and talent partners to discuss candidate pipelines
      - Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' technical and product skills
      - Create and deliver job offers through Greenhouse

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for engineering and product roles
      - Proficiency in Greenhouse software
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Familiarity with Slack and G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar) is ideal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting for technical roles within the FinTech industry
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
