Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system and candidate information in CRM
- Utilize talent resources and run reports related to cost center auditing and ROI
- Organize recruiting events and build relationships with prospective candidates
- Post job ads and monitor recruiting advertising spend
- Assist with scheduling and travel needs for candidates
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative support or recruiting is a plus
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to analyze data
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds for up to 1/3 of time
- Sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearing for up to 2/3 of time
Additional Information:
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license necessary for select roles
