      - Oversee testing design and implementation to ensure system functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience implementing ADP Payroll systems
      - Strong project management skills with a focus on payroll systems
      - Background in business analysis and change management
      - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and ADP representatives
      - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Techno-Functional Project Manager in payroll system implementations
      - Familiarity with medium and large-sized company payroll processes
      - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders during project implementations
