      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant...


      In this role, you will:

      • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
      • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
      • Present recommendations for resolving business problems
      • Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
      • Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
      • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results


      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 2+ years of Technology Network Infrastructure Experience
      • 1+ years of working with a procurement system
      • 1+ years of vendor management experience


      Desired Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of Service Now experience


      Job Expectations:

      • This is a hybrid working position in the approved location
      • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

      Total Base Pay Range in New York, NY

      31.92 - 56.73 USD Hourly

        • Coordinates implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments
        • Supports implementation of moderate to complex projects/initiatives
        • Schedules and coordinates problem reviews and ensures completion of assigned actions
        • Identifies issues and works with team to provide solutions or escalates to avoid delays
        • Works with teams to develop and document processes and procedures
        • Plans and leads user projects for hardware installations and upgrades; develops and updates user
        • documentation and procedures; assesses training needs
        • Recommends and coordinates implementation of process and procedure improvements;
        • understands and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for user area
        • Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and may support
        • implementation of key risk initiatives

        Pay Range

        $26.59 - $47.26 Hourly
