What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences through phone interactions
- Enter customer orders into the system and offer upgrades and add-ons
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders
- Maintain a consistent schedule based on chosen shift times
- Adhere to computer and technical requirements for remote work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a personal computer less than 6 years old with Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
- High-speed internet service with specified download and upload speeds
- Must possess an approved headset for communication
- Must have up-to-date computer and virus protection
- Availability for weekend shifts is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with order entry systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a remote work setting
