      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support qualitative data collection and analysis for research initiatives
      - Assist in developing social media content and visual materials to disseminate research findings
      - Help craft public-facing messages for academic and community stakeholders
      - Maintain research article databases and provide organizational support for meetings and events
      - Collaborate with community representatives to address local and statewide needs related to climate change and aging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree and up to 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination
      - Interest in climate change, aging, and public health topics
      - Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills
      - Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with qualitative research methods and data analysis
      - Familiarity with social media outreach (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
      - Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
      - Experience working with communities in New York State and understanding of regional dynamics
