What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new customer acquisition and opportunity development while tracking all activity in Salesforce.com CRM
- Expand current customer relationships and manage accounts to position the employer as a strategic resource
- Collaborate with the customer-facing team to execute territory consumer promotional marketing and event performance plans
- Plan and assess territory performance while managing administrative responsibilities
- Train and mentor newly hired sales representatives in the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of sales and/or marketing experience, particularly in B2B customer acquisition and account management
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, often multiple times during events
- Advanced consultative sales skills and excellent communication abilities
