      What role will you play?

      In this role you will establish the test strategy across our technology and business to achieve a robust, repeatable, and efficient testing capability. You will design and implement test frameworks which includes effective oversight of risks and quality control – ensuring testing standards are met, and testing outcomes are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

      You will collaborate with test managers, program managers, release managers, and program directors to align and manage testing outcomes.

      What you offer

      • Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical delivery and testing of large, transformational programs withing complex multi-application ecosystems
      • Proficient in setting up testing frameworks for large programs, including team formation, methodologies, tools, test strategies, automation, and governance.
      • Expertise managing test delivery for large-scale programs involving various technologies such as data warehousing, APIs, digital platforms and reporting, as well as data governance requirements
      • Extensive experience managing large test teams and improving the team's overall competence in testing and ensuring testing is completed within time, quality and cost constraints
      • Strong understanding of modern manual, integration and automation testing tools and principles as well as delivery in a dynamic environment
