Job Description
- Req#: REF180482J
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics, Electronics, Physics or related field
- English ability in written and verbal
- Work experience in electronics laboratory, especially semiconductor/sensor component testing
- Experience with semiconductor and/or MEMS component testing and test equipment
- Experience with electrical testing tools, such as Power supply, Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, NI PXI cards
- Experience with I2C and SPI
- Experience with PCB schematic and layout design using Altium, Eagle, or Cadence
- Experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows is a plus
- Experience with C/C++, LUA coding is a plus
- Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to travel to Germany for business trip or training

Job Description
The test engineer takes over tasks of qualifying and characterizing (electrical testing) MEMS sensors of BST in the Test center in Suzhou. This includes setting up, running, debugging and maintaining the measurement systems and the stress equipment as well as analyzing the measurement data.
