What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in outbound and inbound calls to discuss important topics and raise funds for notable organizations
- Sell memberships, products, or services as part of your role
- Maintain exceptional conversational skills while multitasking during calls
- Complete virtual paid training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities
- Ensure compliance with identity verification and background check requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot issues
- A dedicated home office space that is free from noise and distractions
- Must provide a current, valid photo ID for identity verification on the first day of training
- Ability to pass a background check prior to starting phone time
- Exceptional conversational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with virtual work environments and remote technology
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques or non-profit organizations
