      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, manage, and continuously improve the organization’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, including policies and performance metrics
      - Lead risk assessments and due diligence processes for third-party vendors, including IT and SaaS providers
      - Evaluate vendor security practices and controls using industry frameworks
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk assessments into the vendor lifecycle
      - Prepare executive-level reporting on third-party risk exposure and program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree in a business or technical area or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in third-party/vendor risk management, preferably in regulated industries
      - Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
      - Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - Experience managing risk assessment platforms or GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CTPRP, CTPRA, or HCISPP
      - Experience in evaluating AI-based vendor technologies to identify risk exposure
      - Familiarity with continuous monitoring controls and reassessments of vendor risks
      - Knowledge of emerging regulatory changes and industry standards in third-party risk management
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
