      As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.

      YOUR ROLE:

      Join us as a Time and Attendance Administrator based at our Bendigo site, on Dja Dja Wurrung Land.

      Reporting to the Site Manager, the Time & Attendance Administrator works as part of the local Administration Team to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of Roster to Pay activities for their area of responsibility. The overall purpose of the Time & Attendance Administrator is to drive system effectiveness through applying processes and procedures to ensure that the UKG Roster to Pay system functionality is optimally utilised, benefits realised and operational performance is maximised and also to facilitate Enterprise Agreement (EA) compliance.

      YOUR EXPERIENCE:

      • Proven experience in Administration / Time and Attendance and/or roster to pay experience.

      • Ability to understand, interpret and apply the relevant Enterprise Agreement clauses and policies.

      • Solutions focused with the ability to identify and drive business improvements.

      • Proven ability to work across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

      • Customer Service focused, process and task completion orientated with good time management skills.
