What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through phone, text, and online chat to provide expert advice and support
- Convert customer inquiries into sales by leveraging your automotive sales expertise
- Personalize customer interactions by actively listening and tailoring recommendations
- Manage the customer journey from initial contact to final sale, including appointment scheduling
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure seamless service and share customer insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tire and automotive service sales in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of tires and automotive products with clear communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adaptable across various channels
- Proven skills in managing multiple customer interactions, staying organized, and prioritizing tasks
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets
