Job Description
- Req#: 859439
- Lead and manage the forecasting process on a category level
- Creation and execution of annual trade marketing programs to support commercial and brand objectives
- Recommend clear and specific DPSM strategy for each category by understanding business objectives, and translating them into a DPSM channel roadmap for Sales execution in different retail environment formats
- Participate in target setting and delivery of value market share for each category, brand and channel
- Develop ready-to-sell stories and materials that translate our portfolio and commercial strategies and enable the customer teams to sell effectively
- Enhance brand's activation by ensuring that all Sales/Customer insights are incorporated into the company's planning process
- Recommend builds on the Trade Investment guidelines in accordance with business objectives, performs top-line allocations and reviews planned Trade Investment
- Support development and implementation of national and/or account-specific promotional programs/key events
- At least 2-3 years of field sales or sales management/trade marketing experience within a similar environment
- Result oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Can drive actively and having no restriction of travel
- Having excellent command of Microsoft Office programs
