      Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

      $19.50

      Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver’s assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.

      Be the face of the operation and the key connection between our drivers, warehouse, and transportation teams. In this fast paced role, you will keep freight moving, schedules on track, and ensure every shipment is accurate and on time.

      What You’ll Do

      • Serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and create a welcoming, professional experience

      • Coordinate closely with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipping and receiving running smoothly

      • Verify product counts and ensure all information is accurate in the system

      • Manage arrival times, reschedule appointments when needed, and keep everyone informed of updates

      • Enter and maintain data in our Warehouse Management System to support real time operations

      • Handle carrier paperwork and, at some locations, process and log cash transactions

      • Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office

      • Detail oriented with solid basic math skills

      • Able to stay organized and multitask in a dynamic environment

      • Flexible with scheduling, including weekends when needed

      Work Environment

      You will work in an active logistics setting where no two days are the same. Depending on the facility, you may experience cold storage or dry warehouse temperatures. We provide the PPE and freezer gear needed to keep you safe and comfortable.
