      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, plan, and conduct training for Youth and Family Meeting (YFM) facilitation
      - Coordinate scheduling of training sessions throughout the state
      - Train YFM participants on their roles and responsibilities in YFMs
      - Monitor and assess the progress of employees throughout the training program
      - Provide coaching and feedback to facilitators to ensure fidelity of YFM facilitation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in family and child-related social services, training, or facilitating team meetings
      - Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, social science, business administration, public administration, public health, or a related field AND five (5) years of relevant experience
      - Master's degree in social work, psychology, social science, health care, or a related field AND three (3) years of relevant experience
      - Commitment to anti-racism and addressing diversity and inequity in child and family-serving systems
      - Ability to learn, grow, and meet the needs of others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with state and federal statutes and WACs related to child protection and welfare
      - Familiarity with DCYF child welfare programs and policies
      - Experience in training others and facilitating family meetings
      - Understanding of confirmatory bias in decision-making and best practices to challenge it
      - Knowledge of community agency programs impacting service delivery to children and families
