  Transaction Processor
  Location: Louisville, KY
  
  In this position, you'll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that:

Within our Special Issuance Group, you'll play a key role in ensuring shareholder transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and service standards.

  A role you will love
  
  As a Transaction Processor, you'll be responsible for processing and reviewing routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions for account holders. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  
  Some of your key responsibilies will include:
  
  • Processing and reviewing shareholder transactions with a high level of accuracy
  • Verifying legal documentation and client authorisation before completing transactions
  • Communicating with clients, brokers, and relationship managers to resolve queries or incomplete requests
  • Researching and resolving out-of-balance conditions in partnership with the Reconciliation team
  • Reviewing daily processing updates and procedural changes
  • Supporting the team during peak volumes, including overtime when required
  • You'll begin by learning a defined set of transactions, with opportunities to progress and take on more complex work as your experience grows

  Preferred:
  
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or securities
  • Previous transaction processing or data entry experience
