- Verifying legal documentation and client authorisation before completing transactions
- Communicating with clients, brokers, and relationship managers to resolve queries or incomplete requests
- Researching and resolving out-of-balance conditions in partnership with the Reconciliation team
- Reviewing daily processing updates and procedural changes
- Supporting the team during peak volumes, including overtime when required
- You'll begin by learning a defined set of transactions, with opportunities to progress and take on more complex work as your experience grows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and regulatory requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and learning new tools
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services, banking, or securities
- Previous transaction processing or data entry experience

Transaction Processor
Location: Louisville, KY
In this position, you'll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love
As a Transaction Processor, you'll be responsible for processing and reviewing routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions for account holders. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
