- Managing a high transport operation in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for the transport operations and for providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance through outstanding people management skills.
- Should be a Graduate from any related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in core ground operations
- Excellent in MS Products such as Excel, PPT, Power BI, and Data Analytics
- Transport Tool knowledge is mandatory (Preferably Moven Sync)

What this job involves
Overall, in charge of Transport operations at Client Sites for Bangalore and Pan India Locations.
• Writing clear reports (MIS) and presenting options and Recommendations to Clients and Senior Management
• Analyse expenditure and other financial information to develop plans,
policies, and budgets for decreasing costs and improving services.
• Submission of accruals for the site within the specified timelines.
• Share cost-effective plans with the client.
• Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with India.
laws and regulations, particularly relating to safety.
• Vendor NDCs are received within specified timelines and the database is up to date.
• Strict implementation of Labour/Statutory compliance law
• 100% adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements
• Maintain KPI Scorecards for the operations at the Client site.
• Maintain monthly vendor performance scorecards to be reviewed.

• Conduct and document monthly meetings with vendors and ensure completion of action items within the agreed timelines.
• Maintenance of all documentation required for financial audits.
• Ensure all escalations are managed as per the JLL process.
• Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve associate complaints.
• Making decisions and solving problems
• Handled Admin Operations of Client
