  To the qualified candidate, we offer:

  • Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays)
  • The pay range for this role is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, along with monthly performance-based incentives for achieving established production tiers

  What You’ll do:

  • Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air travel, car and hotel
  • Educate our clients on preferred travel products and services offered by the Agency
  • Successfully meet or exceed goals through relationship development with our members as well as growing your client base through new business referrals
  • Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the travel experience such as the AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Card
  • Prepare and process relevant travel documents and invoices in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Comply with and remain educated on current Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) regulations and AAA Club Alliance policies and procedures

  What we are looking for:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience required; Travel Industry and/or personal travel experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
  • Knowledge of Geography and current world events
