What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through the home-buying journey, from initial consultation to closing
- Manage and follow up on leads provided through the MVIP Lead Program
- Utilize virtual tools for transaction management and client communication
- Stay informed on local real estate trends to provide clients with valuable market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a valid and active real estate license
- Previous residential real estate experience preferred, but motivated new agents are welcome to apply
- Strong self-motivation and ability to manage time independently
- Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfort with remote work and digital tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in residential real estate is advantageous
