- Heavy data entry and sorting of medical files and documents
- Answering incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette
- Professional interaction with Nurses, Insurance Adjusters, and other medical professionals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must sound professional, credible, pleasant, and sincere on calls
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and complex information
- Computer equipment proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Experience with medical case management applications
