  This new partnership creates an excellent opportunity for experiencedu00A0Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team.
  
  Our Advanced Practice Clinicians have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in either anu00A0urgent care or emergency room setting, treating pediatric and adult patients.

  n

  • Our PA/NP's provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
  n
  • It is essential for an urgent care clinician to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

  Additionally, we have two Excellent Bonus Program (for fulltime or part-time):

  • Daily Volume Bonusu00A0paid monthlyu00A0based on patient visit metrics met per shiftu00A0(to reward those who work at the busier centers).
  n
  • Quarterly Bonusu00A0of up to 10% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

  n

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  n

  n
  • Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in either an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting as a NP or PA (required).
  n
  • Experience treating all ages (pediatric and adult patient populations) required.
  n
  • Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
  n
  • Physician Assistants: Masteru2019s degree and NCCPA Certification
  n
  • Nurse Practitioners: Masteru2019s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
  n
