Summary Description:
User Experience Expert is responsible for the optimization of screen layout, content, and navigation of pension benefit administration and development platform products designed to offer customization, configuration, evolution, and adaptability to ever changing business and technology needs. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and Design Thinking approach. It requires an sophisticated understanding of elements like usability, accessibility, and desirability to gain a profound understanding of users' needs, behaviors, and experiences.
NeospinTM Benefit Administration products are implemented by Sagitec implementation team across many clients in US, Canada and in future globally.
