What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate case documentation and records
- Confirm health insurance payments and follow up on billing
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure timely case progression
- Ensure medical providers bill accurately
- Proactively resolve issues related to case management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent written communication skills
- Dependability and consistency in task execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Needles (desktop version)
- Knowledge of VOIP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
