- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all technical and strategic matters.
- Conduct regular account management calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss client needs, progress, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Perform comprehensive IT and network assessments, identifying areas for optimization and growth while addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Develop, implement, and monitor technology and security roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and support in areas such as IT infrastructure, network security, cloud services, and data management.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of service and project work in accordance with the established objectives and client expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date recommendations and informed guidance.
- Facilitate regular communication and reporting between clients and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Assist in the development and presentation of proposals, statements of work, and other client-facing documents as needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts, representing the company at industry events and assisting with the onboarding of new clients as needed.

Specific technical skills you should be familiar and comfortable with:
Network Administration, System Administration, Cloud administration (specifically Azure and MS 365), Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Analyzing Information, Network Troubleshooting, Technical Documentation, Quality Assurance
Specific products you should be familiar and comfortable working with:
MS Windows, MS Windows Server, MacOS, N-Central, Connectwise Control, Meraki, Sonicwall, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune and AutoPilot, KnowBe4, ProofPoint Essentials, Mimecast, SentinelOne EDR, Monday.com, HaloPSA, Connectwise PSA, Slack, MS Office Products, Ubiquiti, VMWare, Veeam, Powershell and scripting, Synology
Bonus Points for certifications related to any of the above skills or products/vendors.
Experience working for an MSP is a big plus!
This position will be based in Portland, OR

· $80,000-90,000/year + OTE DOE
