      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own national bookings and growth outcomes for the Non-Profit Vertical while aligning strategy and targets with company goals
      - Drive new logo acquisition and expansion efforts to meet quarterly and annual targets
      - Partner with Marketing to ensure pipeline coverage and quality thresholds are met
      - Lead and develop a team of directors and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
      - Provide structured feedback to inform product development and align go-to-market strategies with customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with 8+ years in multi-level leadership
      - Proven success in leading national sales organizations with consistent bookings and growth outcomes
      - Deep familiarity with the non-profit sector and large, committee-based buying cycles
      - Operational mastery of modern sales systems (Salesforce, Clari, Gong)
      - Strong cross-functional acumen in product, services, finance, marketing, and customer success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the employer's portfolio, including fundraising and digital engagement solutions
      - Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment
