What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a high-performing team of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), providing coaching and setting performance expectations
- Manage pipeline across the territory, focusing on net-new business and renewal revenue while ensuring accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to develop a cohesive renewal strategy
- Proactively manage team opportunity pipelines, identifying risks and strategies for deal acceleration
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other sales verticals to optimize go-to-market efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive success in a field sales role, achieving revenue targets in a complex B2B environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams, preferably leading leaders
- Proven track record in strategic pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Experience in renewal and retention strategies with a strong understanding of customer health and lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of K–12 education markets and related buyer personas
