The VIE is a French international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. It’s not possible to realize a VIE mission in your native country (for ex. Spanish in Spain). Where is the VIE Position Ballerup office. What is the Position? This role will support the director of the two Academies, Sustainability Academy and Quality Academy, to deploy upskilling strategies across the global organization Which missions will you lead? Support and facilitate deployment of our Sustainability and Quality transformation across the global organization in collaboration with key stakeholders, experts, and global networks and communities, ambassadors. Support design, development, and implementation of global learning programs, incl. learning development, elearnings development, cohort management, learning analytics. Partner with the Learning Services teams to make the whole learning experience be smooth Facilitate a process for community leaders to communities and collaborate with each-other to share best practices through innovative techniques. Research and help in benchmarking of digital learning tools that can be used as options for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences Help communicate and advertise our approaches and supporting materials to our stakeholders through various channels Identify the key learning external partners when we want to buy content and participate to the negotiation of the contracts What are the qualifications we are looking for? Education: Master's degree in Environmental Studies/Sustainability/ESG Work experience: Previous internship experience or full-time experience, graduate position, or student position Skills: Proficiency with MS 365, including Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge in other design tools (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus Early career experience in project and/or program management or online community management Evidence of communication experience: strong written & verbal English skills, Evidence of strong: organization skills, detailed orientation, problem solving and interpersonal skills Evidence of proficiency in researching topics and dealing with data analysis and reporting Comfortable collaborating across different business, functions, countries and the hierarchy Requested languages English fluent What's in it for me?
