What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and retain an assigned book of business
- Proactively sell and cross-sell products and services over the phone
- Deliver on sales volume and revenue targets
- Act as an expert for branches when needed
- Maintain a regular calling program to generate new deposit and loan business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of Business Banking experience
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of complex business cash flow cycle and advanced business credit sales skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of Business Banking experience
- 1+ year of phone-based sales experience
- Formal credit training
