What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow existing business customer accounts through solution-based selling over the telephone
- Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and drive sales growth
- Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed
- Create proposals for customers and introduce various products and services
- Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills
- Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
