What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize active listening and empathy to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain communication with various departments to address and rectify customer concerns
- Strategically offer product bundles to minimize customer churn and enhance service offerings
- Proactively reach out to clients at critical points in their service lifecycle to encourage retention
- Meet or exceed retention goals across all product lines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Demonstrated adaptability and customer-focused mindset
