What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform direct observation of patients via live audio-visual stream to ensure safety
- Utilize computer medical software efficiently for patient monitoring
- Effectively problem-solve and communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain constant visual contact with patients to ensure their well-being
- Lift and exert up to 50 lbs. occasionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA Education and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
- One year of experience in a hospital or long-term care environment with direct patient care experience or experience as a virtual sitter
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer skills, including touch typing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a CNA, MA, or EMT in a healthcare-related setting
