      Shopbop is seeking a talented, customer-focused Visual Designer to join our design team. This role will collaborate with the Design Director, marketing, and editorial teams to deliver high-impact creative that drives customer engagement and reinforces our brand. This designer excels at translating complex business requirements into clean, engaging visual solutions. Their strong eye for typography and layout, combined with efficient workflow management, allows them to consistently deliver high-quality work that elevates our brand while meeting ambitious deadlines. This role builds daily content and executes web production related to Shopbop editorial content, including but not limited to: site/app homepage, lookbooks, emails, promotions, paid and organic social, and activations.

      This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, typographic skills/understanding, basic web/app development ability and knowledge, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

      Key job responsibilities
      • Design within brand style and seasonal guidelines for multi-channel campaigns
      • Leverage design templates, tools and systems to deliver asset volume at scale
      • Hands-on production and output of multi-page responsive web experiences
      • Responsible for cross-functional distribution and publishing of those assets
      • Proofing and reviewing experiences prior to launch, ensuring the highest quality is delivered
      • Find efficiencies in workflows and leverage innovative technologies for improvement
      • Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

      Successful candidates in this role have:
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
      • Experience in web content management application(s), knowledge of basic coding and image optimization
      • Strong typography, layout, and basic animation skills
      • Meticulous and detail-oriented with all production and design details

      - 2+ years of design experience
      - Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
      - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners
      - Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
      - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
      - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

      The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
