      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the registration of vital events and maintain the Statewide Vital Records Information System (SVRIS)
      - Assess the legal acceptability of vital records for registration and archival storage
      - Provide end-user support for SVRIS and communicate operational needs to stakeholders across the state
      - Participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of SVRIS and related projects
      - Conduct data quality cleanup efforts on registered vital records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a records management system, including data entry and quality assurance
      - Experience evaluating data for quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards
      - Experience providing system end-user support to individuals from diverse backgrounds
      - Experience interpreting and applying rules, policies, or procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with vital records, including knowledge of business policies and state statutes
      - Experience developing written documentation and training materials
      - Experience participating on project teams for software application implementation or enhancement
