      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and oversee the distribution model for non-health plan channel partners of all sizes
      - Foster and maintain strategic relationships with innovative partners to drive growth
      - Collaborate with employer sales leadership to create compelling value propositions for channel partners
      - Execute actions to achieve and surpass annual membership goals
      - Explore new avenues for collaboration and partnership outside traditional health plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years in a sales leadership role with revenue responsibilities
      - Deep experience working with or for insurers offering major medical plans
      - Existing relationships within the health insurance community across various channel partners
      - Strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback
      - Ability to establish and cultivate high-level relationships
