Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise business systems supporting the standalone company.
Lead global ERP strategy including:
SAP S/4HANA
financial systems
procurement platforms
order-to-cash platforms
Oversee technology platforms supporting:
demand planning
inventory management
logistics
manufacturing planning
Lead enterprise platforms supporting:
HR systems
finance platforms
procurement
legal systems
corporate reporting systems
Ensure strong integration between PLM systems, manufacturing systems, and enterprise business platforms.
Lead all enterprise system transition workstreams associated with the separation from Johnson & Johnson.
Drive modernization initiatives including:
SaaS adoption
platform consolidation
application rationalization
global operations
supply chain resilience
regulatory compliance
financial transparency
operational efficiency

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Position Summary
The VP Enterprise Applications will lead the strategy, implementation, and operation of enterprise business systems that power the global operations of DePuy Synthes.
This leader will oversee the enterprise application ecosystem including ERP, supply chain platforms, finance systems, HR systems, PLM integration, and corporate applications.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the enterprise systems supporting the new standalone DePuy Synthes organization are modern, integrated, scalable, and optimized for operational excellence.
The VP will also lead the enterprise application separation and transformation program required as DePuy Synthes transitions from Johnson & Johnson systems.
